New Update...

After I updated it it will not let me in after the loading bar is halfway. I really do wish that I could read Korean because there is a box that pops up and the whole thing is in Korean...(I dont know what it says I have to do).

I have redownloaded the app several time and I have logged in with my Kakao Talk account and the pop up still happens.

Help?
